PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK THROUGH OUR ONLINE SHOP.
Deliveries will be normally carried out via Royal Mail or for larger items by courier and will be charged at £3.00 only for all goods if you choose standard delivery. Orders within the UK will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
If you choose the “next day” delivery option, you will be charged £10.00 for all goods on next working day delivery. This is only available on certain products and only on orders placed before 12pm.
If you have selected items in your basket for both next day and standard delivery, you will be charged £3.00 for the standard delivery and £10.00 for the next working day delivery, so you will be charged £13.00 in total to cover the 2 deliveries.
The current applicable rate of 20% VAT is charged on the price of goods and P&P.
Cancelling your order - All order cancellations must be confirmed in writing to email@example.com or by fax (0118 944 1426).
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you receive the goods. This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. We ask you to return the goods in their original condition securely wrapped.
You must also pay the postage for returning the goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and the initial cost of shipping the goods to you, in the same method as the original payment was made.
If payment of the goods is not made it will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the goods are not returned after cancellation, they will be collected at your expense.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty goods – All goods sent out are checked before dispatch. If you find goods to be faulty, we would ask you to first contact us for advice on 0118 969 1611 and then return the goods for inspection.
When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely and return to the address below. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery to send the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to us.
If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction. Any faulty goods will need to be inspected by the manufacturer before we take any action.
